Delete Account
Last updated: 15 July 2026. You can request permanent deletion of your Crushology account and related personal data. The preferred path is in-app; if you cannot access the app, request deletion by email.
Delete in the app (recommended)
1. Open the Crushology app and sign in with Apple or Google. 2. Settings → Delete account. 3. Confirm the request. When you confirm, we immediately sign you out and block further access. Personal profile data, reading history, memory records, people you added, push tokens and generated reading content are then erased. A short processing window (typically within 7 days, or sooner if our team completes the request) finishes anonymization.
What we keep after deletion
For accounting, fraud prevention and store compliance we may retain pseudonymous purchase and credit-ledger records (linked to an anonymized account id, without your email, name or profile). These are not used to identify you for product features.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@emrionlabs.com. Subject line: “Account deletion”. Include the Apple or Google account (email / ID) you used. After we verify your identity, we process the same deletion flow as in-app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active Crushology Plus subscription, cancel it separately in store subscription settings.
How long does it take?
Access is revoked immediately after an in-app request. Personal data erasure / anonymization completes within about 7 days (often sooner when processed by our team). Email requests are handled within a reasonable time after identity verification.
