Cancel a subscription
Crushology Plus is managed through your Apple or Google account. We do not bill your card directly in-app. iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Crushology → Cancel Subscription. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Crushology → Cancel subscription. Cancellation usually keeps access until the end of the current period and stops renewal.
Restore purchases
Sign in with the same Apple / Google account, then use Settings → Restore purchases in the app. If it still fails, email your store receipt and the email you use to contact@emrionlabs.com (subject: “Purchase”).
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes or anonymises your profile, reading history, memory records, people, push tokens and generated reading content. Pseudonymous purchase and credit-ledger records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or store compliance. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in the store — deleting the account does not cancel billing. If you cannot access the app, email an “Account deletion” request to contact@emrionlabs.com and include the Apple / Google account you used. Step-by-step: /en/delete-account.
Sign-in problems
If Apple or Google Sign-In fails: set the device clock to automatic, update the related app, check your network, and try again. If it persists, email your device model and the error message to contact@emrionlabs.com.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. You can disable Crushology notifications in device settings or manage preferences in-app when available.
