Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026. By using the Crushology app and websites at crushology.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Nature of the service
Crushology is an entertainment and personal-discovery app offering astrology, tarot, quizzes and relationship-exploration content. Content is not prophecy, medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, or legal or financial advice. Do not base decisions solely on in-app readings.
2. Age requirement
The service is for adults 18 and over only. If you are under 18, you may not use the app. We may take reasonable steps to verify age.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. Do not provide false, misleading or someone else’s information.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Crushology Plus and in-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, trial length, auto-renewal and cancellation terms are shown on the store purchase screen. Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancel via: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions; Android Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. We do not charge your card directly in-app. Refunds are governed by the relevant store’s policies. For purchase issues: contact@emrionlabs.com.
5. Acceptable use
You must not abuse the API, scrape content, reverse-engineer the app, impersonate others, generate unlawful content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access or delete accounts for violations.
6. AI-generated content
Some readings and text are generated with artificial-intelligence systems. Outputs are probabilistic and for entertainment; we do not warrant accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not use content for commercial resale or systematic redistribution.
7. Intellectual property
The app, brand, design, text and visuals belong to EMRIONLABS LTD / Crushology. Personal, non-commercial sharing (e.g. Love Receipt cards) is encouraged; bulk resale, unauthorised brand use or systematic copying is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss or reputational harm). Crushology / EMRIONLABS LTD is not liable for personal, relationship, health, legal or financial decisions made in reliance on readings. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after material changes means you accept the updated Terms.
